- All tubes made from polypropylene (PP), the #5 recyclable plastic - 100% recyclable regardless of color.
- Black opaque tubes are made from 100% recycled polypropylene (post-consumer + post-industrial). Other colors use virgin polypropylene.
- Manufactured via plastic injection molding in the USA.
- Pop-top (squeeze-top) cap design: fully air-tight for freshness, easy one-hand adult access.
- Certified child-resistant under 16 CFR Part 1700.20 (CPSC Poison Prevention Packaging standard), tested by CR Testing Labs, certified through Fulcrum Trading Company. Also food-grade certified.
- 100% straight-tube guarantee (zero tolerance for warped tubes, known in the industry as "bananas"), versus an industry-standard allowance of up to 3%.

## Ordering

- Sold exclusively by the pallet - no small-quantity or individual sales.
- Minimum order: 1 pallet (standard colors), 3 pallets (custom colors).
- Pallet quantities: 45,000 tubes per pallet for 98mm (45 boxes of 1,000); 36,000 tubes per pallet for 116mm (36 boxes of 1,000).
- Pallet weight and dimensions: 98mm pallets weigh 661 lbs (45" x 48" x 89"); 116mm pallets weigh 670 lbs (45" x 48" x 92").
- Standard colors can be mixed on one pallet; tube sizes cannot be mixed on one pallet.
- Turnaround: 1-2 days for standard colors (often same-day); 3-4 weeks for custom colors.
- Free samples available on request (includes 100% recycled black 116mm tubes).

## Shipping

- LTL (less-than-truckload) freight with live rate calculation at checkout based on order size and destination zip code.
- Per-tube shipping cost drops significantly at 5-6 pallets.

- No liftgate service - delivery requires a forklift and adequate space at the receiving location.

## Payment & Policies

- Accepts credit/debit cards and ACH bank transfer. USD only.
- No net payment terms or invoicing - payment due at checkout.
- Reseller permit or tax exemption certificate required (one-time upload for approved reseller status).
- No refunds or cancellations as a general policy, though timely mistake reports are handled case by case.
- Guarantees against damaged and defective product, with replacement provided.
